Praktik Bakery is completely unique, as it integrates a bakery within the hotel, both of high quality and recently opened in Barcelona.
“Praktik Bakery is that different hotel, out of the ordinary, so we have introduced something as homely as bread within the hotel so that our guests feel at home,” said Anna Bellsolá, proprietor of Baluard Barcelona, the traditional bakery that has been integrated into the hotel.
“There is no more subtle aroma than the smell of freshly-baked bread coming out of the oven,” she added. “The smell that fills bakeries with a night-time aroma of serenity.”
The new hotel is located in the Eixample district of Barcelona. Praktik Bakery Hotel follows suite with the modernist architecture of the neighborhood and is located in a traditional Barcelona building. The interior, designed by Lazaro Rosa-Violán, winner of the 2013 award for interior designer of the year, is an eloquent display of industrial, minimalist design.
